How to Change Race in The Forge (Roblox)
Changing your race in the Roblox game The Forge is done through a process called rerolling.
There are two primary ways to access the race reroll menu after the initial character creation with Sensei Moro: using the Shop Menu or speaking to the Wizard NPC.
Method 1: Rerolling via the Shop Menu
This is the most convenient method as it can be done from almost anywhere in the game.
Open your Bag/Inventory: Press the T button on your keyboard (PC).
Go to the Shop: In the menu that appears, click on the "Shop" tab, usually located along the bottom.
Find the Rerolls Section: Scroll to the far right side of the shop menu until you see the "Rerolls" section.
Access the Race Menu: Click the button labeled "Go to Race Menu" (or similar phrasing).
Reroll: Once the Race Menu is open, you will see your current race, available stats, and the odds of getting other races.

Method 2: Rerolling with the Wizard NPC
The Wizard is an NPC you can visit in the game world to reroll your race.

- From the spawn area near Sensei Moro and the forging anvil, head toward The Cave.
- Instead of entering the cave, take the path to the left, going past the NPC Greedy Cey.
- Follow this path up a hill until you reach a building with a tall tower behind it.
- You can simply walk through the closed front doors of this building to find the Wizard inside.
- 2. Talk to the Wizard: Approach the Wizard and press the prompted button to speak with them.
- 3. Choose the Option: Select the dialogue option, "I want to change my race!"
- 4. Reroll: This will open the same Race Menu as the Shop method, allowing you to click "Reroll".
Key Details about Rerolling
- Reroll Currency: Each reroll costs a certain amount of currency or a Spin (reroll token).
- You start with a limited number of free Spins (usually three, with one used in the mandatory starting selection).
- Additional Spins can be obtained by redeeming active The Forge codes or by purchasing them with Robux.
- Race Effects: Rerolling changes your racial attributes instantly and resets your racial tree completely.
Your level and inventory remain safe. It is crucial to reassign any perks or abilities that rely on your race after a successful reroll.
- Race Slots: You can unlock up to three race slots to save different races and swap between them.
The 2nd and 3rd slots are unlocked at Level 30 and Level 100, respectively, or can be purchased with Robux.
