Menier Chocolate Factory Unveils Thrilling 2025/2026 Season

London, UK - The renowned Menier Chocolate Factory has today announced a compelling 2025/2026 season, promising a blend of classic comedy and powerful drama. The new lineup will feature major revivals of Noël Coward's Fallen Angels, Ryan Craig's The Holy Rosenbergs, and Peter Shaffer's seminal work, Equus.

The season will launch in the autumn of 2025 with a revival of Noël Coward's sparkling comedy, Fallen Angels. Directed by Christopher Luscombe, known for his deft handling of period pieces, the play delves into the lives of two happily married women whose worlds are turned upside down by the unexpected return of a former lover. Performance dates are yet to be announced.

Following this will be Ryan Craig's incisive and timely play, The Holy Rosenbergs. The production will be helmed by veteran director Lindsay Posner, who returns to the Menier following previous successes. The play, which examines faith, family, and identity within a North London Jewish community, promises to be a thought-provoking and emotionally charged experience.

The season will culminate in a powerful new staging of Peter Shaffer's psychological masterpiece, Equus. Also under the direction of Lindsay Posner, this co-production with Theatre Royal Bath will explore the dark and complex relationship between a troubled young man and his psychiatrist.

In a statement, the Menier Chocolate Factory's Artistic Director, David Babani, expressed his excitement for the upcoming season, highlighting the theatre's commitment to presenting a diverse and engaging programme of work. Further details, including casting and specific performance dates for the 2025/2026 season, are expected to be released in the coming months.

The announcement comes on the heels of a successful period for the Menier, with their critically acclaimed production of The Producers currently enjoying a West End transfer and their staging of The Baker's Wife making its mark Off-Broadway. This ambitious new season is set to solidify the Menier Chocolate Factory's reputation as a powerhouse of London theatre.
